The colorado challenge
Sod in Colorado: green… if it's laid right.
Let’s be honest, sod that’s laid on bad ground doesn’t just look patchy. Colorado’s hard clay soil and hot, dry summers make new sod struggle when the prep gets skipped, and you end up with brown spots, lifted seams, and roots that never take hold.
That’s what our Sod Installation service is for. We remove the old lawn, prep and grade the soil, and lay tight, even rows so the roots connect and the lawn settles in.
You don’t have to lift a finger. We do the tearing out, the hauling, and the laying, you get a green lawn you can actually walk on.
